Condition is the completion of the target according to contract for work of all preceding levels the indented levels/crafts come additionally new and the remaining ones are industrially extended, adequate to the supply system and the worldwide demand.
Material investments for facility costs and device are approx. 70 to 80 million euros on site. Personnel costs for 300 persons is not exactly to be estimated, because they are dependent on the political situation, the subsidies and on the interconnection with the local population.
Approx. 6 to 12 million euros per year.
At the same time the persons of the level 3 free for consultation services with which they would have to be financed only approx. 10% from the running project. These would be only 2 million euros per year (partial subsidized)

The difference between the estimated start investment of the total investment volume of the Biosystem3000 at the rate of 225 million euros and the personnel costs incl. organization 45 million until level 4 and the material investments 90 million until level 4 for facility costs and device make a free space of approx. 100 million which can be more exactly calculated, however, only after level2.
With a yield of the selffinancing from 5 years can be calculated on yearly decreasing personnel costs from the start investment.

EXACT CALCULATIONS and FORECAST
The Recultivation speed and therefore the yield gain are depending on land formation, the climate conditions based on the regional recorded average values of the last 5 years.
Other dependence result from the being ready quantity of water, the well situation, the sewage situation and the generateable precipitation to the start filling of the water tanks.

Parallel to level 3 starting Terraforming processes create streets, ways, ponds and canals. The greenhouse forming is a water recovering closed system as it is already used in Spanish research attempts. It is necessary to prevent climatic disturbances. Protein coagulates from 40 degrees centigrade.
The surface temperatures in steppes and deserts are mostly in longer periods by far higher and at night often under ZERO degree centigrade. So such a Green-House development is indispensable and also an existential basic condition. The foundations form on site available stone occurence.
