Structure Plan Level 0 - Preparation
Up to reaching of the step 1 the preliminary works are necessary which must take place between the unbound partners.
In principle, this is in our point of view a one-sided know-how
transfer and therefore a presentation which is to be paid by investor.
We have so many inquiries worldwide that we can and want take no
advertising expenses to our loads for this need.
Investor's consultation for the know-how transfer, INVESTOR is liable to pay costs
This phase of the INVESTOR'S CONSULTATION cannot be carried by the
BIOSYSTEM TEAM and should be considered as a consultation investment.
This KNOW-HOW can preserve the investor from big losses, because
projects about water rights and settlement of the industrial
agriculture and in the tourism are offered, in the meantime, with many
coloured prospectuses and promises worldwide. Some of it are also
called biosystems what they are indeed not.
Uniqueness of biosystem 3000
Our project is the only entiretyly cybernetic project which was also
introduced as the first project worldwide. Only our project has the
bases of the cybernetic calculation. We are the only society which can
correct salinisations and has financed the energetic basic researches
and has pursued successfully and possess a technology specially
developed for this project BIOSYSTEM3000.
Consultation fee and Workshop
The existing know-how and the preliminary work of seven years justifies
a consultation fee of 999.00 euro per day and advisor. (Plus VAT,
travel cost, expenses and if necessary documentation)
The objective of the project should take place as a Workshop of approx.
5 days between INVESTOR or owner and the later operator, the
Biosystem3000 team. This consultation enables to the owner to adapt his
state of knowledge in order to specify his target position and to be
able to to weigh advantages and disadvantages mutually.
(Probably the first year) structure plan level 1
Condition is the education of a WORD GROUP between investor, project
bearer's society, biosystem adviser's team (10 persons) precosts
approx. 900,000 euros per year with aid of external teams, notary
publics, programmers, engineers, etc.
This phase leads to the reachable treaty and contains the definition of
juridical structure, choice and reservation of the administrative
constructions, stocktaking of the infrastructure on site, working of
the cooperation contracts, exploration rights, building laws, subsidy
rights, guarantee contracts, communication, etc. cooperations with
regional colleges and universities, architects, etc.
(The time expiry is estimated non obligatory from 6 to 12 months) the
target is the necessary contract security between the involved parties
under inclusion of the regional policy and the ruling Highness's rights.
