Founding a biosytem is a cybernetic task
To build up a Biosystem is sophisticated and almost impossible for an unknowing manager.
For our team it is a normal task which considers all cybernetic details.
It is a task of the cybernetic collaboration of 50 and more project tasks, which must be built up from single society foundations on site of the steppe or area of the deserts for such a Biosystem3000.

Crafts for the structure of a new infrastructure
The crafts are crafts enterprises and manufacturing arrangements which we need to the recultivation of the deserts.
They are in their management independent enterprises, but dependent on their sales situation. So more ore less subsidiaries which thereby exist and plan and gain her own yield, while they anable the supply for longer time for the lowest prices. Every craft has therefore his own leadership structures and own profit centre tasks.
These crafts come to high motivated production lines of their in each case specified performeances. However, they can also sell well over the Biosystem3000 their production and services because they are aimed at the need of the steppe region or desert region. And this outlet is worldwide bigger, than every recognized and planned marketing concept so far. The project is thereby internationally independent and creates employments and infrastructure on the land. It works against the RURAL EXODUS by creation of a qualitatively high class residential and professional working world in abandoned and desolate areas.

Independent scientists for the production of planning documents
We have to describe, to plan and to lead the scientists, these structures and developments,. The realisation occurs according to the regional adaptation of the planning documents at the wellchosen place of the Biosystem3000 development. We are not a group. We are free and independent scientists. We are no millionnaires and no enterprise organisation with the target or actively for the purpose of the penetration of an imperialistic export production.

Economically useful enterprise organisation
This enterprise organisation is to be founded where a biosystem is to be started, in the each elective land. It is impossible to build up a biosystem in another way because we would build up, otherwise, a new monopolised imperialism system which could help neither from the population accepted, nor economically.

Two-year preparation and planning on site
the preparation of a biosystem needs approx. time of one till two years at the well-chosen place. We must find out all regional conditions by a team of managers and scientists in the choosen land and grasp and then fix where we want to begin exactly.

In this lies an important task which influences decisively the questions of the logistics and of the calculation and planning. The choice of the area decides on an individual height from approx. up to 60% of the planable investment costs. Therefore is also no done precalculation or investment calculation.
BEFORE the area choice and before the treaty to be reached as reliable as possible.
It is completely another approaching, as if we plan and calculate a bridge or a housing development. A static preliminary planning cannot foresee how the formation of 200 hectares is. Because of the necessary irrigation and transport systems the inclination angle and gradient degrees of the scenery to be managed can contain very big imponderabilities.

Approx. 300 skilled Persons for the Management
We know by our experience about our project in China that we will need about 300 skilled persons for the management of a Biosystem3000 on site. These persons who we must find should come possibly from the land themselves. They are maybe students or teachers or scientists in regional universities and other education facilities.
We bring them together and form from it a structured team in itself which exists again itself from single groups which can compete with each other in the given case for the purposes of the task. It is a self responsible cybernetic leadership system which was developed especially for this task. It is academically recognised and is based on mathematical bases.

A Biosystem3000 is a START-CENTRE.
We need 200 hectares of desolate scenery at a geologically well chosen place.
· Why does it need this size?
Only these very huge dimensions guarantee the change of regional climate conditions. Moreover, this size protects undisturbed sales, yield and self-sufficiency of the crafts to be arranged.
Thereby forms an economic and cybernetic working foundation. This is absolutely necessary, in order to recultivate the desert, because this system must grow very fast, faster than the desert grows. The estates in the surroundings become a magnet for the tourism and work searching people. This has a special meaning for the yield calculation.

Profits are to be realized only from REAL net value.
Net value added has cybernetic basics and is only the result of the MATERIAL REALITY.
